Generally there are no refunds on digital products unless otherwise stated on the page of purchase. If you have a legitimate concern, because of the nature of digital services provided, findinghappy.ca will only return funds after an assessment of the individual purchasers circumstances has been verified as being valid, in the perception of the seller, as appropriate for a full or partial refund. This policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase we can not offer you a refund.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Approved Refunds:
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or Missing Funds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
